Residential Home Construction

The project comprised the full reinforced concrete construction of a private residence, carried out from initial foundation works through to final finishes. Major activities included excavation and foundation formation, placement of reinforcement steel, formwork and concrete pours to achieve the structural elements required by the reinforced design. All structural aspects were executed in accordance with the engineered drawings and relevant building standards.

Throughout construction, the team progressed the building envelope and internal finishes, coordinating works to deliver a complete handed-over residence. Final deliverables included the completed structural frame, external envelope, internal partitions and finishes, and any client-specified finishing touches necessary to make the property fully functional and ready for occupation.
